Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on EarnPerCard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access payouts, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
• Provide accurate, unique personal and contact coordinates (duplicate accounts, mobile numbers, or emails are flagged as fraud).
• Verify your email address using the dynamic token verification system.

3. Earning Cashback & Referrals

Cashback is earned by applying for eligible credit cards through our tracked links and obtaining approval from the issuing bank.

• The click must generate a valid Click ID (`EPC...`) which must be recorded in our system.
• Final approval is confirmed by the bank affiliate portal. Cashback is credited to your wallet only after manual confirmation by the administrator.
• Referral earnings are credited once the referred user completes their verification and achieves approved cashback status on their first card.

4. Withdrawal Limits & Payouts

Withdrawals can be requested via UPI or Bank Transfer once your available balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal limit of ₹100. Payout requests are subject to daily maximum limits (₹50,000) and review. Rejections of withdrawals are sent with reasons, and funds are returned to your wallet.

5. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, claw back earnings, and reject withdrawal requests if we detect fraud (e.g. self-referral loops, emulator usage, bot registrations, or multiple accounts sharing IPs/UPI IDs).
